The Anvil

The anvil is a traditional local pub with a very spit and sawdust feel to it. The staff allways have a friendly word and the patronage is some of the best i have found in any pub, selling most of the standard brews and one or two that you might not expect the anvil is an ideal place to head to at the end of the night one route home.
The anvil does private functions as well however and would be a great space for entertaining after an event like a christening or as a private party.
The music selection is very good because the music is actually choosen by thoose in the pub thanks to the digital jukebox that has something from all areas of music.
One of my favourite Pubs in sheffield, i can highly recommend it.
