Do not buy from this company. advised 2 weeks for delivery 5 weeks later nothing 6 weeks later half the items another week later the rest arrived all damaged scuffed broken the bed was a right state promised would have replacement in 2 weeks gues what 3 weeks later nothing no calls emails dont reply to messages left asking for a refund worst company ive ever delt with

I have searched high and low for interesting bathroom furniture for my home and was pleasantly surprised to find a great selection at The Wardrobe Store. I bought the Acacia double unit for my en-​suite and the Oslo basin set and wall mounted cupboard for my downstairs loo. I rang to ask why there was a 28 day lead time and the lovely friendly lady on the phone explained that this stylish furniture comes from France where it is made — fair enough. 2.5 weeks after I ordered I got a call to arrange delivery — and they came within the 2 hour time slot they offered. I will use this retailer again! Interestingly mixed reviews — I would not normally bother for furniture but the people I spoke with were genuinely nice and I felt they deserved a pat on the back.

Very efficient and friendly service. Order arrived as promised and as described. The product was excellent. I’d use this Company again and recommend it to others.

I will never buy from this store again! I ordered a wardrobe on 27 of June, and i still didn’t get it! Before the order I called them to ask about the delivery, they said it will be in three weeks! When I called them after three weeks, they said that the wardrobe will be in following week guessno wardrobe! And I made a call again the wardrobe will be on 16 of august! And they said if I am not satisfied with the delivery I can get a refund! After tow month of waiting no apologize, nothing So my advise don’t buy from this store, they will cheat on you!
