Sussex pad, also known more dearly as «Wally’s Pad» is situated in the beautiful seaside town or Shoreham. Not too far from the little airport it’s a wonderful place to sit and watch the views. Sussex pad has some of the best shellfish you could ever imagine, coming fresh directly from the water’s nearby. I would highly recommend the mussels, they also offer more traditional foods like duck breast which are equally delicious. Wally’s daughter also helps out and the whole staff are very kind. My family has been going there for years, in fact long before I was born. Sussex pad gets my seal of approval.
