very very slow service! 40 min before they even put the chicken on the grill! I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t

Great place if you like chicken not a lot more to say really. Good for a meal before or after popping to cinema can be a little busy Tuesday and Wednesday early evening time.

Nandos I love you! I live for my monthly trip for some chicken! The restaurant is a nice environment with helpful friendly staff who really know what they are talking about. The restaurant serves beer, chicken, more chicken and a few veggie options. The secret is all about the sauces From basic herb to super hot they are all lovely. Be warned people find it very funny to slacken the lids so you can get more that you bargain for!

Nando’s is conveniently located by Cineworld, so very handy for a meal before or after your film.
I’ve visted twice in the last month, and both occassions were good.
First time was a group of 20 girls, having a meal at the start of a hen night. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the food was served quickly, despite the restaurant being very busy. A young child in our group was given a free dessert, and the bride to be received a free bottle of sparkling wine! There isn’t a great selection of drinks — well there’s beers, wines and soft drinks aplenty, but no spirits, which was a slight disappointment, but then I expect most people don’t drink these with a meal anyway. The meals were well prepared, and I love the fact you can choose how hot you want your chicken, and choose from a number of sides in the main price.
2^nd visit was a Sunday, early afternoon, restaurant was very busy and all tables taken. We were put on a waiting list, and waited about 20 mins for a table. After ordering, the food arrived within 10 minutes and was freshly prepared. I guess that’s the benefit of primarily serving chicken, they’ve always got some on the go! Again there were no complaints with the food or the service.
I’d recommend Nando’s for a meal with friends, rather than a romantic meal

Situated next to the cinema this is a handy spot for grabbing a bite to eat. Staff are friendly and the food and atmosphere is very good although sometimes service can be rather slow.

Nandos is great.
This store, not so. Went in on their opening week, and it was a total farce — i don’t think they’ve yet recovered.
Food is of standard quality. Service tends to be a little on the slow side. Order taking is where the weakness seems to be with staff not really knowing menu fully or what they’ve got available, or even who should be on the till.
Its ok if you’re in the area and want some chicken, otherwise head somewhere else.

Nandos is located by the Cinema, on the outsjkirts of the town centre. There is free parking, although the car park is shared with Cineworld and the other outlets, so parking can be on a first come first served factor. The service at the restaurant is excellent, the staff are really friendly and helpful, and will take time to explain the menu and the menu options, for anyone not use to the concept of Nandos. Nandos is primarily a chicken based restaurant, although there are al good selection of vegetarian meals. To order you polace your order at the counter, and pay at the same time, and pick how you want your chicken, choices include plain, garlic and peri-​peri (not for the faint hearted). The drinks selection is plentiful from wines to soft drinks, to hot drinks. Whether you go as a couple or a family, you are sure of a warm welcome.

Good selection of chicken based meals, plus a few vegetarian alternatives. You order at the counter, select which sauce you would like your meal flavoured with, pick up your cutlery and any other Nando’s sauces you may want, and then your meal usually arrives a couple of minutes later! Very fast service! There are also desserts and coffees available, plus wines and soft drinks (soft drinks are bottomless so you can keep going up for more).
Very modern restuarant on a complex with a Cineworld cinema and couple of other restaurants, recommended.
