The food in this pub is excellent value for money, the chicken tikka masala is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. I also found the drinks to be good value.

A good pub with a varied choice of cask ales, service was quick and the beers were well looked after. One of the better Wetherspoons.

totally agree with other reviewers, it is probably the worst weatherspoons I’ve been in. Food is patchy at best, last meal we had there I actually had a warm salad, the lettuce was almost hot and tomato’s were cooked, obviously left under hot lamps. A major gripe I have is being completely ignored at the bar by staff so they can serve locals first, in fact it became a running joke at one point one member of staff saw me waiting then saw a local coming in the door and actually stood waiting for him to come to the bar and served him before me. so I suggest if you have a group all stand at bar to make sure one of you gets served.

I agree with the other review. Its not the best pub in skegness it a bit out of the way from most main attractions so doesn’t really pull in the tourist aspect of the town. The foods not bad however we have had a few dodgy meals from time to time. Its mostly used as a meeting point on a fri/sat night out on the town so gets really busy but that would be all i would use it for really, a quick drink!

This pub is a cheap Wetherspoons pub, but not the cleanest of placest. It’s a real locals pub, which is a shame because a seaside town like Skegness needs a decent Wetherspoons — maybe it would be different if it were on the seafront instead of up by the train station? I have eaten there once and to be honest, the food was ok, but knowing what I do now about their hygeine I wouldn’t eat there again!
