Another shining example of brilliant customer service and somewhere in particular my Mom can’t praise highly enough. Located across the road from The Bear Tavern and across a number of buildings, T C Hayes encompasses a number of services and according to their website was recently voted the ‘number 1 independent electrical retailer in the UK’. Staff are happy to offer advice and guidance on the following — and sorry to just list things here but I think it’s probably worth noting:
* Gas Cookers
* TVs and DVDs
* Cameras and Camcorders
* Washing Machines
* Cookers and Fridges
Delivery is free although you can park near to the shop and their after care service — if my Mom is anything to go by — is exemplarily with a no quibble returns policy.
