Great shop. Really nicely laid out and a much better shopping experience than going to B&Q down the road. The staff are well trained and helpfull and there normally seem to be plenty of them about. The garden section is nice, but I would normally go to Woolmans in Shirley as the selection of plants and prices are normally much better

This is a really nice store, well laid out, well lit and the prices and the quality in store are well matched. Upstairs they have a furniture showroom which is clean and well managed there is usually someone on hand to help if you need any advice. Downstairs is the usual mix of homewares, ornaments, paints and Diy stuff, there are definately bargains to be had in store and on the whole the staff here are helpful and will help locate stuff from another store if necessary. Biggest downfall, they take ages to answer their phones, customer service over the phone is their major let down point and they can be quite abrupt and not very helpful definately a much better experience in store than trying to find or locate an item over the phone.
