Had an ear issue while at NEC for a conference. Went to visit the no-frills walk-in clinic at Solihull. Was seen quickly by the doctor, got a same day appointment with a nurse, and felt better by the afternoon. Kind, efficient, and conveniently close to the convention center/airport.

i attended the colonoscopy clinic on wednesday 2nd march and was happy with the nursing staff BUT the receptionist was rude and miserable — just what you don’t need really. she had a face like a mile of bad road and couldnt even be civil to myself or other patients, visitors that i saw her deal with while i was in the waiting room. clearly she is in the wrong job.

I had all my children here and all my grandchildren were born here. I have visited the hospital for various reasons numerous times both for myself and my husband and I have always been satisfied with the cleanliness and everyone from the nurses, doctors, consultants to the volunteers who show you to the out patient clinic. It used to be free to park here for disabled badge holders but they put a stop to that about 2 years ago so we now try to park on Grove road around the side of the hospital as the prices are very high. My husband has had several stays over the last few years and he is always pleased with the hospital

I had my baby in this hospital and was fairly happy with the maternity ward. I had a room to myself and al but one midwife was very friendly and helpful. I was only in for one night and chose to eat my own food so cannot comment on food quality. It seemed clean and there were hand sanitisers before you were allowed on a ward.
