Hedge End Cab Co

I am not going to write my opinion of this cab company, it would sound biased. I will simply tell what happened and you can make your own minds up. Personally I think think they are super.
My dog ate something that was poisonous to her, (currents, sultanas etc) she snaffled some Christmas cake! This could have killed her. It was imperative to get her to the emergency vet as soon as possible to get it out of her stomach, time was critical. I only had about thirty minutes left to get her from Hedge End to the vets in southampton. It was the middle of the night, (28^th Dec), it would take me best part of an hour to walk down there, too late to save my dog. I called Hedge End taxis, explaining my predicament. The lady on the phone was courteous, and more important to me at the time, efficient. I had a cab arrive in minutes. Unlike many taxis I have grown dis-​satisfied with in this area, the driver also was courteous, knew his job, exactly how to get there, comunicated exceptionally well, and got me to the vet in double quick time. I made it to the vets in time for them to induce vomiting with injection, and thankfully the offending poison was expelled. Thanks to the old fashioned EXCELLENT service I encountered, I still have my beautifull boxer dog alive and well. I can not put a price to this. Having experienced diabolical service from many Southampton taxi services in the past, I am compelled to write this review. Had I called one of them, I have no doubt I would not have been able to save her. Thank you Hedge End taxis, from the bottom of my heart.

This is the best cab company around, they always answer the phone quickly even when they are busy. They do not charge you boundary charges when bringing you back into Hedge End and Botley which keeps the cost down as other cab companies charge up to 25%. The drivers always turn up on time and as a female by myself I have never felt uncomfortable and the drivers are always very friendly and helpful. It is a very efficient company and you always feel like a valued customer. I would never use anyone else and would recommend people to use them.
