Food was delicious and the service was excellent. The place isn’t too big so might not be a good choice for big parties. Will visit again.

The food in general was alright. The soup was excellent. Nice wine and liquor selection. My issue was not with the food but with the service, which to me is equally as important. I found the service to be much too personal to the point of uncomfortable. I also didn’t think it was appropriate for the owner to introduce his children to dining customers, but that might just be a personal preference. There is nothing wrong with this style of service per se, and there may be those that find it special, I just prefer something far less personal as I found it a bit intrusive. To put it in perspective, my friend and I spent an equal amount of time speaking to the owner as we did to each other, this is how often he visited our table. He also commented on the food we did not finish, which we both found very strange and again, a bit intrusive. For me it was just too much. With a different service style this place could be much better.

Great place with wonderful selection of great wines and very tasty food. Max and his wife are in the front part of the restaurant and were very friendly. They were able to accommodate gluten-free with ease — just ask before ordering.
