the food was lovely, but being served poppadums, and both courses all within 15 mins was a little overwhelming.
Before we’d even finished the poppadums we had 2 waiters circling the table and whipping the plates out from underneath our noses to replce with the starter, and again with the main course.
The food itself was delicious but i could hardly eat any of the main course because we’d had no time between courses so felt stuffed.
Would have been a great meal if the service had been slower!

Really really lovely food here and not too heavy at all. Is very popular, so if you’re going at the weekend it’s worthwhile booking a reservation in advance. The food is fantastic, not too heavy and seems relatively healthy compared to some indian food. Nice décor and friendly staff.
I found that the dishes were served at suitable times, I hate having to wait for ages after the poppadoms! Also, had a good selection of wines to choose from. Desserts aren’t so exciting, but I’m usually too full to manage one anyway.
