A little expensive, and the staff sometimes get a bit confused about what they’re selling, (ask them any question about using SkypeOut with their 3/Skype phones and they freeze up like they’ve been asked the capital of Andorra on Master Mind).
The prices as stated can be a bit expensive, but in other cases, they can be quite cheap, and they often have end of range accessories going dirt-cheap, such as leather carry cases and spare phone chargers.
In addition they also sell a wide variety of memory cards, in-car chargers, hands-free kits and other accessories.
The staff themselves are mostly polite and friendly, though I feel as though there is some room for improvement.

I knew before I went near this place what phone I wanted and the contract I wanted it on.
You’d think this would make it easy. However, when I left, I found myself completely confused and without even a new phone to show for it — I had somehow been persuaded out of purchasing the phone as the number of tariffs available had increased vastly.
The staff here are friendly, and extremely knowledgable and very polite — but this is their downfall. They know a little too much.
My recommendation — go to the store. Ask the guys there for advice. Go home and order the phone online.
