This shop has a very friendly welcoming atmosphere. The staff are happy to help, and very knowledgeable about health matters. The shop has really improved lately especially on the prescription side, they even deliver prescriptions if needed. This great shop is a real asset to the community, the Woodgrange Drive parade is really thriving, against the trend of the High Street, many shops are longstanding and have loyal customers from the local area. There is a good community feel in Woodgrange Drive!

This is an old fashioned pharmacy if ever there was one. The pharmacist is a genuine guy and knows his stuff. This shop is always busy and welcome in this parade of shops. The biggest down –side to it is the prices. While obviously they need to make a profit to survive it is significantly more than prices in town. This strikes me as taking advantage of the mainly financially challenged people who are the locals, who only shop there for emergencies e.g. running out of baby formula. Also some stock is quite old and dusty. However the staff are very friendly and helpful, and deal with all sorts of people with respect
