Good value for money and polite people always serving.
The photo doesn’t do this place justice as it makes it seem quite dreary, when in fact it’s actually quite a nice shop.
The smell of the food is always welcoming and the seating arrangement is quite comfortable if a bit tight for space.
In addition, it should be noted they do delivery regular orders locally, though it can be tough to find parking if you’re driving there to pick up your order.

Really yummy sandwiches! Big selection of fillings and breads and great prices. They also have a breakfast menu which is nice too. Small garden area at back great for summer. You can eat in or take away.

I have not made it to the actual store on the London Road, but deliver to my place of work. In my humble opinion, they offer the best sandwiches and rolls delivered to offices in Southend. There is always a really good choice on fillings, lovely crusty bread. They carry a range of other snacks to the offices they deliver to, excellent friendly service.
