Absolutely shocking company. Paid for next day delivery as I needed some flyers rather urgently for a conference. Checked over the proof, absolutely fine, clear and legible. Upon receiving the flyers the next day, they were totally blurry, completely illegible and totally unusable. I contacted customer service and explained the issue, I provided photos showing the shocking quality and was told I would not be issued a refund due to apparently a warning message coming up on my proof to state that the resolution was poor - funny considering the document was able to be scaled up to A0 size by another company, and the flyers of A5 size were perfectly printed by VistaPrint. Avoid this company, shocking service, shocking quality, and pointless unhelpful replies.
