nice big old fashioned pub, friendly atmosphere, reasonable prices, occasional events they also have bingo and quizzes!

We popped in for a quick pub lunch. The menu was good, lots of choice and it was really cheap. The food, when it arrived was typical pub grub. Nothing fancy but it filled us up. The problem was the staff. They forgot one of our meals and everyone finished before it came. When I approached the guy behind the bar to let him know we were still waiting, he was horrible, not at all sympathetic. He was actually really rude! The last meal eventually came after all the other plates were cleared. The supervisor did refund the cost of the meal and she was apologetic but we definitely won’t be back unless the bar guy with the attitude problem gets the sack!

Beer pricey, good staple food though.
Excellent for summer afternoons overlooking the beach. Not quite Café del Mar but you can certainly catch a tan.
Shows all footy matches — incl 3pm Saturday kick offs!
