Mr Price is a bit of a misleading name for this shop. Perhaps Mr Junk would be a more appropriate name, or Mr Cheap and Cheerful. Or Mr Crap, if you’re feeling a bit cynical. Upon approaching the shop, you can see the sort of thing that is sold here as the shop front is filled with various bits and bobs, such as sunglasses, umbrellas and temporary tattoos. When you enter the shop, you realise that the stuff in there is packed into every last space, meaning it feels a bit cramped in there. It’s hard to pin down exactly what Mr Price sells in here as they don’t really sell anything in particular, more a combination of several little gifts, none of which are particularly essential or useful. Despite this though, you will find yourself coming out with one thing or another, even when you know you don’t need it at all. These types of shops just seem to have some kind of pull towards shoppers that you can never put your finger on, perhaps it’s some kind of witchcraft.
