It has now been 2 months since the engineer came to look at my malfunctioned stove burner. After the visit, the oven was not working because the engineer forgot to rewire the oven back properly. Another visit was needed to fix that. 2 weeks later I found out they forgot to order the new burner I needed, hence a further 2 weeks delay. And then the engineer didn’t make my appointment to install the new part, wasting my entire Saturday, and stood me up again on my second appointment. A third appointment was made but that had to be cancelled by them for some resourcing problem. Today is my fourth appointment and I’m still waiting. I will never use them again.
