The atmosphere is lovely. However, food and service were unacceptable. We both ordered burgers and salad, which took more than 30 minutes to be delivered — closer to 45 minutes. We were the only people there. The salad had turned brown and was obviously old and expired. It was returned and took 15 minutes to come back — only this time was no better.
I would go back for the atmosphere and drinks but not the food or service.

I don’t go to Mabell enough to give you a decent review. But if you keep your eyes open, occasionally you might see some big-​name golfers or even Hugh Grant. ;)
