Glen Ellen, CA
Standard Caffe Nero, but not a particularly well run branch. I need to have the gluten free sandwich, but they are usually (3 visits in 4) sold out. The other day they were sold out of the chocolate brownie as well. Considering that, as part of a big chain, they have sophisticated inventory systems and a limited menu, this reflects badly on the branch.
