I Love this Asda Store in Stockport, it has got to be my favorite of all the ones i’ve visited in a long time. The store is a good size, with a large clothing Dept and House hold goods section. Both of which are well staffed and kept nice and tidy. Some really good bargins to be had. The store has a good selection of foods like most Asda stores catering for everyones budget, You can always find staff on the shop floor who are always willing to help and very friendly. Everything is labled well and everything priced so you can see just what you are spending.

This is an Asda branch in stockport. It has a car park which costs a pound for two hours but you get it back at the till if you spend over five pounds there. They have a selection of cds, games and dvds, usually the top ten. Asda has its own clothing section george which is good for bargains, they have a credit cruch dress for £12 and credit crunch coat for £15 offer on at the moment. Asda has a huge selection of chilled, ambient and frozen foods to choose from and I find the prices cheaper than everywhere else. There is a cash machine outside also. It can be very busy in this store at weekends and it can be difficult to get aound it.

Asda owned by the American company Wallmart is not the most ethically minded supermarket in the world but it is cheap. This store is located in the centre of Stockport and is quite big. Along side the food there is a CD and DVD shop, café and clothing department inside. I have found Asda to be a lot cheaper than the other supermarkets in the area such as Sainsbury’s and Tesco but often the shelves are not fully stocked and having collected the majority of ingredients for a meal you are left fustrated by the lack of a vital element. But it is cheap.

Asda in Stockport is a vast supermarket. I do a lot of shopping here as it tends to be cheaper than the other supermarkets and they have better offers on. You have to pay £1 to park(which gives you 2 hours) but you get this back when you spend over £5. They have a small music and video section where you can pick up some real bargains on dvds, music and games. The George clothing department is quite big with a good range of clothing for men, women and children. They have a deli, a fish counter, an Indian/Chinese food counter and a fresh pizza stand where they will make any pizza you require. We normally get pizzas from here when we have friends round as you can get a 14 pizza with 4 toppings for only £3.20, much cheaper than if we were to order them from a takeaway, and the Asda ones are so much nicer. The staff are nice and they always have plenty of checkouts open. It does get really busy at weekends and on a Friday afternoon.

I do a main monthly shop here at asda. I shop here for reason — it’s cheaper than all other supermarkets for what i like to buy. The store is generally busy, i don’t recommend shopping there at any time at the weekend! You have to pay £1 for parking, but you do get this back if you spend over £5 instore. You then also need a £1 for the trolley, which is a new thing they’ve just brough in — which is just a hassle as this is one reason why i liked asda before — you didn’t need to make sure you had a £1 for parking! A positive side of the parking is that theres plenty of space, and lift access from the car parks too. There are however, some great deals and reductions if you shop here at the right time! It is a large asda store with a george department and a dvd’s and music department. Some great deals can be found within these. The staff here though are great, really friendly and helpful if you have a question.

This supermarket is soooo depressing and busy! The vegetable aisle is very crowded and hard to navigate and just a total nightmare on Saturdays. I can’t cope with the thought of it, so I nip into Sainsbury’s or Tesco’s instead.

Asda stockport has all that you would expect from a supermarket and more. They also have a pharmacy which is useful and a large clothing section and music store. This asda has a café where the food is ok but nothing special. The staff at this asda are always really friendly i find and there are greeters who welcome you as you come in. There’s also a large car park over two levels so plenty of parking.
