Not only is Orman’s a ‘real’ butcher, where you can get rib of beef on the bone (and bones for your dog!), skitrt, sirloin, T-bone or fillet steak cut to order, pork and lamb joints of any size, etc. etc. they also invented the Stockport Tiddlypig Sausage — a 70% pork sausage (Tamworth & Gloucester cross) with Robinson’s Unicorn Ale. These yummy all rounder sausages are made and sold only at Orman’s.
They also run a mail-order protein business which send meat to athletes all over the country! Because of this they have created a great low-fat, high protein sausage that is very good too
