Only had one night in Disley, locals recommended the Rams Head. I was completely taken by the manager, a gent by the name of Jon B. This gentleman was like a wizard, anticipating our every need, and he would run through walls to ensure our happiness. Great experience and food. Overall our time could not have been better. Thanks Mr. B.

We stopped off here after a walk on the Gritstone trail which starts off opposite the train station and finishes back at the Rams Head pub. (the route we took anyway :)
The staff were polite and friendly and the beer cold. the perfect place to sit outside and watch the squirrels while breathing in that country air.
I will be returning soon to sample there food as the menu looked very enticing.
