Toco’s

Yeah so this is exactly what Unilocal is all about — finding the hidden gems and then sharing them with the world!
So I was on my way back through Alexandra Park (lovely leafy place with 3 reservoirs near my house) when I spotted this kiosk selling coffee. If the truth be known I actually needed to use the loo too but I thought ‘you know what, it’s a sunny day — I should take a load off and sit outside for an hour’ — and that was a really good decision in the end!
Basically a little hut only open on Sat and Sun in good weather, they sell coffee at really low prices (proper beans too) — £1 for a flat white and alongside teas and other drinks also sell bacon or sausage toastie’s for £1.80 each.
Really friendly people who run it and the effort is really appreciated for them opening it up and serving to the public each week.
