I am a big fan of Nicola Quinn since she participated in the Market Start entrepreneur programme. Her shop on High Street is my favourite sugar rush, especially her jam-filled, jelly heart-topped ones and her brownies.
She is also exceptionally generous in supporting Stockport as a town. She takes part in the Teenage Markets and has donated cakes for Pride of Stockport Awards.
I can’t recommend her enough.
