I have been going to norton fisheries all my life and every time I go I always exceeds all the other fish and chip shops out there, it’s old fashioned styled build is pretty good and how it’s cut off from the rest of the street and I recommend it to all those fish and chip lovers.

For a girl from Los Angeles visiting England for her first time, this was the perfect fish and chip shop. Now having tried chippies throughout England and Scotland, I still say Norton Fisheries is the best.
The cod is battered well and cooked to a lovely crispiness, the chips are fat and golden. But even better is the little shop itself. Set off from the street, it seems like a place forgotten by time.
I look forward to every trip to England for a chance to return. The people working in the shop did laugh when I insisted on taking this picture.
