The staff in the O2 store in Hanley are helpful and polite.
As with most phone stores in Hanley it gets pretty packed at the weekend, so you may have to wait if you need to talk to some one on a Saturday.
Upgraded my phone in store last week and the staff were well versed on their product knowledge and helped me find a great deal.

I went into this O2 store to talk about changing my phone and the person I spoke to gave me a lot of confidence that they knew what they were on about rather than just trying to sell me a phone. They gave me some great options and weren’t overly pushy for a sale.

The last time I went to the Potteries Shopping Centre it took me a while to find the O2 shop as it had changed units — It’s now located near the main entrance.
The shop itself is very spacious and the staff are polite and helpful.
I recently upgraded to an iPhone and spent over an hour in Carphone warehouse before being told that because I was an existing customer I couldn’t do the upgrade there. I then went to the O2 store and had my new phone within 15 minutes so I will definately be returning when my existing contract runs out.
