Tis a wondrous thing when food, people and drink mix in a convivial atmosphere — and it happened in this cute village pub set at the base of Ham Hill in South Somerset. We went for a bite to eat and ended having 3 courses and a few drinks, the food was great, tapas to share to start then wood pigeon and steak as the 2 mains — both cooked to perfection — followed by local ice cream… all fabulous… if you are in this area its really worth a try… make the effort and seek out the Lord Nelson.
