The food I ordered came 2hours late, the delivery driver told me to ring and demand an apology or a refund.
The manager refused to apologise or to even come to the phone.
I will NEVER use fel fel again and I seriously believe no one else should either.

Kebabs are pretty good, although not the best in town, whilst the pizzas are best avoided. place is ok if you have had a skinful, but you probably wouldn’t want to eat from here sober. i would recommend that you get your order yourself as opposed to delivery– unless you live within a mile of the place, you may never see your food
