This quiet Chinese takeaway offers all of your usual Cantonese dishes at reasonable prices, but suffers from rude staff and long wait times. On my visit, I had to wait around 10 minutes for my food to be ready and I found Mayfair’s waiting area very unpleasant. The red and green cushioned benches inside were filthy, the wood-​panelled walls were all chipped and the whole place felt unpleasant and unclean. There was no television inside for waiting customers and some of the magazines left lying around dated back to 2008! I’d recommend getting your takeaway from elsewhere.
