It was our third time at the spa. I bought a groupon offer which included time in their fire & ice room(sauna etc), facial and massage, as well as afternoon tea. It does take a while to phone up and either speak to someone /or they call back, to make a booking. I found it easier to email my booking request! But the spa is great. The Ambience is perfect! Staff are lovely! One thing with fire & ice, each time we visit, there has been at least one thing not working like today it was the hydropool so it means you don’t get the full experience for what you pay for. But I still like the spa! I recommend it. Plus the girls in the café are great, we couldn’t eat all our cakes so the girl boxed them up for me to take home!!!

Hotel set in the middle of beautiful surroundings this hotel isn’t the best located if you don’t have a car, you will have to get a taxi there. They have 3 golf courses and a spa, the golf courses are famous and they have played world tournaments here. The hotel is very golf themed with a golf chandelier in reception. The inside is bright and airy and Sams Club house looks onto the golf courses. The club house felt a bit like a wetherspoons with some of the customers being a bit rowdy and the staff on auto pilot. The Ryder Grill serves great tasting food but it’s definitely pricey and the wine was a screw top at £28! The Brabazon Bar is bug and sits under a big glass roof with lots of seating around the bar and tables with service. Only problem is they don’t know how to make a cocktail and at £12.50 I expected better. The spa needed a bit of tlc with a broken jacuzzi and broken hairdryer two broken showers in the women’s changing area
