Upon arrival I requested for fresh chips when I was given the meal of Chicken and chips for 2.50, the chips were old cold and brown. I alerted the man behind the bar that the chips were not Fresh and that I i wanted fresh chips and asked how long it would take him to make a fresh batch. He stated that it would be 20 minutes(chips do not take that long to fry) so I new he was playing games. I then demanded my money back for the substandard food i was served. The man then racially assaulted me loudly broadcasting that this is the reason he could not stand black people and that he hated them and that they should go back to where they came from. I then argued with him that he was a racist and he admitted . After that admission i demanded my money back again and he slammed 2.4010 pence short on the counter, i again demanded my remaining 10 pence. He then threw the 10pence on the counter and told me to get out and never to come back and go back where I came from. All of this was witnessed by customers. I’m on a roll with reviews of places with literal names — ‘Vietnamese Restaurant’ is my best find so far. Well, Morden Fish & Kebabs is a takeaway place near to Morden Tube station selling, well, fish and kebabs. Except that I got a piece of fried chicken there tonight on my way to the Unilocal 5-a-side football evening. It was salty and crispy on the outside, it was quite tender on the inside, it was greasy, it was what I needed for a quick fix. However, KFC is still my favourite fried chicken. The fish did look quite inviting — may return for that in the future

As the other reviewer rightly said — this is the last stop, so some people who end up here after a night out might not be that happy, but there really is nothing to complain about with this station. Although the actual building is an old one, the platforms are nice and clean and whats more, despite there being a number of platforms, it is always really clearly signposted which train is going next from which platform. When you come up the escalators but before you get out of the station there is a huge news agents for all your chocolate and magazine desires.

It is the end of the line. Somewhere you might have woke up before or maybe somewhere you would use to change transport, but Morden station is a quick, simple and pretty clean interchange. The trains dont actually hit buffers at the end of the line here so you have to get off the train and go up the stair on arrival, but there are many buses to take you onwards such as the 118, 93, 163, 164, K5, 154, 80, 157. It is a typical Art Deco 1930’s station, but it wasnt intended to be the end of the line as it was supposed to run onto Sutton, but finances meant that it got stopped early. Appearntly this place is disabled accessable but I think it might be a bit of a nightmare if you were in a wheelchair. Tube trains mostly go up the City branch of the Northern line here, but you can change at Kennington for Charing X(west end) branch trains and services run from about 5am to around midnight and after that the station is the finshing and starting point for the N155 bus
