Toons Furnishing Superstore

This store needs to seriously look at its customer service and send all staff on training courses for this! Some of them are arrogant and disrespectful, even when you are spending mega bucks in the store — don’t they realise you will not be going back???

Toons is a large furniture and carpet store on the A444 just outside Castle Gresley. I have bought carpets, beds and many pieces of furniture from Toons. It is a great range of furniture, including a large variety of sofas, tables and beds. All of which are of a good quality, but on the expensive side. Sales at Toons offer a small discount, but this is usually swallowed up by the delivery costs! The carpet section is also expansive, with an impressive choice. In addition to this there is also a small curtain and bedding section. Whilst most staff in the shop are genuinely helpful, some have a distinctly superior air about them, which is unwelcome. What’s that phrase ‘Don’t judge a book by it’s cover’
Toons has good little coffee shop, standard fare: coffees and teas, scones, toasties, cheese on toast etc. But all very tasty and well presented, good to relax in when you’ve just spent a small fortune in the shop!

This furniture shop is located on the A444 and has its own car park. I find this shop to be over priced but I do enjoy a look round. If you want quality but do not mind paying more then this is the shop for you. Just watch out as some of the staff tend to look down their nose at you if you are not dressed up. It makes a good sunday afternoon shop.

A nice store if you would like to buy a sofa or bed, bit on the pricey side bu they have the best quality and you get what you pay for.

this is a great place to visit to buy your carpets and rugs for your home. the quality of products is great and the staff are very polite and helpful.
