Went here with my bestie, they took ages to take our order then they got our starter wrong so that had to be sorted… Then they took ages to take our main order and my mate had to send her food back as she asked for no tomato or mayo in her burger… We were there for almost 3 hours! It wasn’t even busy there! We got our starters for free but will we get our time back? Nope. The chicken on my pizza was quite dry too.

Expensive, as you’d expect from Frankie and Benny’s but the food is pretty good and the service is fine. Useful as a safe restaurant if you get too indecisive but otherwise a pretty predictable menu.

Haven’t been for quite a while, the last time was to celebrate my A-Level results some 5 years ago… Service was slow, to the point my dad had to pull the waiter aside and ask if they were planning on serving us our mains that night, some hour after our starter had been cleared. We were offered free desserts, but after some discussion and wondering if we’d get that before midnight, we declined. I had one of the cocktails and I swear they must’ve been trying to get me drunk as the amount of vodka in it was insane. Given three stars as I enjoyed the starter and they did try and make amends for our delayed main course.

Much, much better than TGI Fridays(which is next door). As with all Frankie and Bennys the menu is a mix of Italian and American cuisine. The restaurant itself is quite big, the staff are really friendly, and believe it or not the Cosmopolitan cocktail I drank here, was the best I’ve ever had(even beats some trendy little bars in New York)!

Food is good but not that good to justify the price. Table service is the best part of the resturant. It’s a shame that the service at the bar is not as good, very slow. If it wasn’t for the bar service and price I would happly give F&B a big thumbs up.

Lovely atmosphere but food cost more than it was worth.

good atmosphere excellent toilets, nice bar, good for parties and birthdays. shame food not overly upto much, typical chain food can almost hear the ping of the microwave and artifical flavourings running through the sauces.

Bellisimo thanks Frankie and Benny’s this place is fantastic and good value as well. One of my favourite dishes is the crispy coasted chicken its a real treat and with the Italian/American flair of the place its one of the places to eat in Swansea. Immaculate throughout the restaurant and with friendly staff its always a real joy to eat there. Prices are competitive but make sure if you can to arrive before 5.30 pm to take advantage of the lunch menu which is far cheaper. Also do try the combo’s to share they are fantastic. It can get rather busy at peak times so if you have a large party its best to book ahead but generally you can get a table within 10 minutes.

I tried Frankie and Bennys recently for first time and loved it. I do prefer it to TGIs and I find the price is also that little bit cheaper. The food was excellent and the service was very quick and efficient. The resturant was very clean and well presented

Not as good as TGI’s which is opposite. Standard chain food, but not great. There are far better places to try in Swansea, this shouldn’t be an option
