Ah, the workplace of my darling little brother. A real local pub, everyone knows everyone (or maybe that’s just my mother!) and their New Year’s Eve parties are legendary (just before midnight, everyone goes outside and dances round the roundabout. It’s insane!) The food is good and there are always different offers on and a good specials menu to choose from. My only complaint is that they never have Pimm’s — nobody orders it, so my brother says. But they redeem themselves for having my favourite flavour McCoy’s. Thursday night is quiz night and usually pretty busy, but the same could be said of any other night of the week — it varies from week to week. A nice local pub.
