One Stop Letting Shop

AVOID!!! I was with these guys for 2 years in a house that was falling apart and they did nothing about! I cant say on here how I feel about the staff but Christ they have attitude problems! I was even afraid to step into the office sometimes so intimating, and if they can scam you out of money they bloody well will!
I left this agency and went one to one with a private landlord, they took a huge junk of my bond that was not even needed! I had a cat all of a sudden they want to de flea the house, the cat does not have fleas, the house is not infected it also has wooden floors and I had moved out 2 weeks before they said this! I asked can you just ask if the house has fleas when you get a quote as I am sure they can tell, they said no even if it doesn’t they still have to do it!!! they also wanted £140 just to remove a small amount of rubbish which I got rid of in the end as I was just hoping it would be £50 and done with not the high amount they quoted! they also upped the price of decorating in one day after they already gave me a quote!!!
this company is shocking after two years and no respect for me as a long term tenant I am glad to see the back of them!
