let’s just say you get what you pay for! the pizza is ok but the buffet is very poor! also the food wasn’t hot enough it was just warm.

Pizza Paradise has an unprepossessing exterior, based as it is in the fairly grim modernist shopping mini-centre at the shabbier end of central Swansea. We were attracted to investigate its possibilities by the advertised ‘eat as much as you like’ buffet at £3.99 for a child, and £6.45 for an adult. Given that we have four kids and all six of us really like to eat, this seemed like a very tempting offer. A quick glance inside showed that hygiene standards appeared to be being met, and furthermore the food looked good. A hot buffet table presented a selection of deep pan pizzas including red onion, pineapple, sweetcorn, meatball and pepperoni. In addition this table offered two good penne pasta dishes Bolognese and creamy mushroom plus nicely cooked potato wedges. The cold buffet table was stocked with coleslaw, potato salad, tortilla chips, a sizeable variety of salad items and also a very good selection of fresh fruit including pineapple, melon and grapes. We were very happy with the buffet option so did not go on to try the desserts(heralded as the New Desert Menu outside) but they looked good too. The children ate heartily and we salved our consciences(surely food this cheap must be rubbish or have bad provenance darling???) by noting how much fresh fruit the kids managed to pack away when they had finished demolishing the pizza and tortilla chips. I can see that a trip to Pizza Paradise might become a regular feature of family visits to Swansea.

Staff pleasant, although sometimes spotty. Food is lovely and reasonably priced, have sat in and had atake away. Both have been great. If you dont fancy a dominoes or pizza hut then this is avery good alternative.
