From the outside it looks like any other stylish coffee shop but once inside it goes downhill. Once ordering you are called sweetie, angle, hunnie! Then you are presented with a latté that looks more like a cappuccino which is bitter in taste, bitter like burnt coffee! Then you go along to get your sugars, napkins etc. Napkins are always ran out or about to, The floor looks like it hasn’t been swept in a few days and out of the 10 tables I looked at only 1 was wiped clean. The 2 girls that were in there had had plenty of time to wipe them down and refresh the napkin, sugars etc. I sat there for about 30 mins drinking my coffee and reading my paper and in that time I only saw the girls chatting behind the counter while the other one was washing up. It was not busy, one or both would have had plenty of time to do all the things I pointed out. The toilets are not that great either, they have a signed notice on the back of the door for when it’s been cleaned, but when I used it was not clean and the basin looked like you should wash your hands after actually using it. Other than the hunnie, sweetie thing I think all the girl/ladies that work in there are absolutely lovely, normally can’t do enough to help you and very polite.
