Conveniently close to Tamworth and the A5 without any of the urban background noise, this is a friendly bed & breakfast in an old farmhouse. The rooms are entered via stable doors and are well-appointed with en-suite facilities. The macerator toilet was noisy but I suppose that’s the price for being on the edge of this pretty village.
Breakfast was wholesome, the service was friendly and the price was not out of the way — £75 for a double including full English breakfast.
