One Stop

this store is in the perfect location for me as I only live about 5 minutes walk away. however, as I’m also in retail, I focus a lot on Customer Service, Store Condition and so on… this store is horrible for customer service. you get two or three people behind the till talking about their home life’s, or gossiping about other staff members and ignore you completely — not even acknowledgment or a «hello». as a retail manager I find horrible customer service very annoying, if customers don’t want to return then where will stores be? closed? online shopping only? millions of jobs gone? I know that sounds drastic from just bad customer service but if customers don’t like the way you treat them and refuse to return and shop somewhere else (the Co-​Op do round the corner? the Tesco Express down the road?) then you’d be out of a job… all it takes is a «hi, hello, you okay today?» not an expression on your mug that looks like your dogs just got run over! acknowledge your customers, make a little effort. otherwise, you will be replaced, everyone in this world is replaceable when in the workplace as its dog eat dog, there will always be someone happier to take your job and will 100% do it better. Smile, whilst we still use stores and not online and smile whilst you still have a job before you’re fired and hitting me up for your two weekly handout of my taxes.

This store is very handy and they supply all the esentials at a sensible price. They have alot of security as it is close to a secondary school.
