If your a bargain hunter then this is the store for you, if you want the latest fashion in this seasons colours then walk on by.
TK Maxx is rail upon rail of last seasons fashions, its basically what other stores/​catalogues havent been able to sell so sizes are a mismatch, but the prices are greatly reduced, and especially during the sales you can find some amazing bargains.
It isnt just clothes though, theres baby items, books, homeware, toys, shoes, hats, gifts and items for special occassions.
Its very hard to get help from a member of staff as theres rarely any round, maybe one or two on the tills, and then possibly another at the changing rooms.
Hard to get a pushchair imbertween the aisles.

This is a great store if you like to have to put loads of effort into your shopping. Bargains are often to be had, but it’s hard work and takes time! The homeware section is excellent, but the clothes rails are messy and neverending.

Easy to get to with close car parking spaces.
ALWAYS understaffed.

TK Maxx caters for those that like individual clothes from designer names, but don’t want to (or can’t afford to) pay top dollar.
There’s nothing wrong with that — ‘bring it on’ I say.
There first time I went I was amazed at the range on sale and even more so at the names they were selling. Anyone fancy a new Tommy Hilfiger shirt? Step this way. How about a Donna Karan handbag Madam?
Ok, so you can’t expect to go there and get this season’s clothes in every size under the sun, but you can get some veritable bargains if you’re prepared to sift through the endless lines of hangers.

5* rating for this as it is my absolute favourite shop in the world, and that includes every other TK Maxx I’ve ever been to (probably about a hundred!).
I don’t know why it’s the best in my opinion, but it is. I always seem to come away with masses of bargains and the’ve always got the very best of stuff and plenty of it. Perhaps it’s just me, who knows.
It’s in a really good location as well, with plenty of other shops nearly and Sainsbury’s a couple of shops along so you really can spend a day there.
Their refund policy has recently changed so be very careful if you’re buying anything that you may have to return — max 14 days and you NEED your receipt otherwise they won’t even do an exchange.
Anyone else think this is the best TKM, or am I just losing the plot a little?!
