This is a typical estate agent.
Firstly, my limited experience of this agents is they can be a little patronising about how much you can afford.
Secondly their rental costs are quite high too (i.e.search costs)
Also when buying a house they insist you use their own financial advisor and not an independant one.
Also, don’t seem to send you houses you actually want.
