I absolutely love this place. Stayed recently for a holiday. Loved Truro and this hotel, restaurant, bar and people couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. The country life seemed very pleasant. What a joy.

Mannings is not a statement on US politics, but just a Hotel bar in sleepy Cornwall town Truro. It’s trying very hard to be hip and cool and trendy. The athmosphere is a bit nicer then some other bars in town, but it’s not outstanding. Prices are decent and the G&T came with two slices of cucumber.

Manning’s is high class pricey food and drink all the way.
You pay for it but what you get is always great and the service is always good.
We like to drop in for a quick drink while in Truro to get away from the crowds and to just relax and talk, it’s one of those really easy going places.
The food is always really good, it’s a good place to take someone for Valentines or for a real treat, all the steaks and desserts are melt in your mouth deliscious.
It’s certainly one of those places worth saving up and treating yourself to.
