It was with great expectations that we visited this restaurant last month. We had heard that this is a great place to dine. We went on a Saturday night. The restaurant down stairs was very busy but upstairs was very quiet. We were told because they were busy that we had to vacate our table at 8.30, we arrived at 7pm. I had the Tom Yum soup, it wasn’t one of the best I have ever had, and it was also quite expensive. My partner had the Thai fish cakes which were delicious. My main course was Thai red vegetable curry, the rice was hard where it had been in the microwave for too long and the curry was very average. My partner had a fish dish that was beautifully cooked and his noodles were gorgeous. Our wine was served warm, not nice for a good bottle of Sauvignon blanc. Overall it was ok but we definitely wouldn’t go back, I was slightly disappointed.
