This library on the main street, Churchill street is presently being demolished and a new one is being built on the same site.
The library at present is being held in the unused council buildings 30 or so yards up the street. It is vividly sign posted.
It is and always was a small library but that does’nt make it any the worse.
The librarians that work there are very efficient and will order books ect if they don’t have them in stock and they are available elsewhere. I do this and get books sometimes the next day.
The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.
I just can’t fault them.
