I would never rent a property through Fenix Lettings due to their appalling customer service. I organised to view a rental property. They insisted that they would ring or email me on the morning to confirm. I explained that I was at work and would not have access to my phone until lunchtime so would inform them if I couldn’t make it. This is unacceptable apparently and they cancelled my viewing. Maybe the people in Fenix Property have access to their phones all day but guess what… not everyone has this luxury in their jobs! It is difficult to arrange viewings when you are in full time employment but the one positive thing about this letting agent is that they offer evening viewings(or so I thought). Absolute waste of space and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
