This is not my usual pub of choice but its in a great location(if your friend supports West Brom!) and serves quality Indian food which goes perfect with a beer, We pretty much go there to eat as their Indian BBQs available are just delicious. If you’re looking for a pub that plays the match on TV then you should give the Prince of Wales a try. Although not the most attractive of pubs, I went with a friend to watch the football, we had a a couple of beers and finished the night with a curry. It wasn’t very busy but it’s a good pub for a chilled out night ending with a curry.

From the outside it doesn’t look like the best of pubs. But you know what they say, never judge a book by its cover. You could say exactly the same about this place. The Prince of Wales is a decent place to have a pint with your mates and they also serve Indian food. I haven’t tried the food here but I will do next time I come. The prices of pints are OK and are not overly expensive. Regular BBQ’s are served and live sports a regularly shown here. With the Euro 2012 championships coming up, I can imagine this pub being one of many getting the punters in and watching the games. The inside of the pub is of a decent size and there is room to move about in. I intend to come back here and try some of the food on offer. There is a mix of age ranges that come to this pub. You do see younger adults as well as oldies coming here. The staff possess excellent customer service skills and they do make you welcome.

Another indian pub, and also one for the pub crawl. This pub is slightly ghetto compared to the other pubs around. They also do a indian BBQ however I haven’t tried the food here.
