If you like to actually use you car don’t take your car here!!! They come up with various excuses s to why your car isn’t ready. The most usual one is” the supplier sent the wrong part” They talk to you as if you are a severely mentally impaired moron with an IQ comparing to that of a garden slug. They tell lies like «if a car has a bad knock on the steering and an MOT garage can’t see anything obvious they will pass the car!!! On the plus side, if you ask nicely they will lend you a «courtesy car «which is a shed on wheels and a death trap. It had a rather frightening habit of trying to cut out the second you took your foot off the accelerator!!! You would get better service from an establishment if you went and got a haircut from Sweeney Todd.
