Real local pub located opposite the old Spanish City complex and the amusements. The pub holds lots of music nights and has even held sports talks ins of late (Peter Beardsley being one of the guests) in order to attract new people to the bar. They also put on entertainment for kids and have a bouncy castle in the car park for the kids if it is sunny. The décor could be improved but prices are good and if it’s sunny you can sit outside with a nice pint, and even get some chips from the fish and chip shop across the road to accompany it.
