I’ve been a customer for years (about 8) but I can imagine it has been here for ages. Your friendly neighbourhood newsagent sells stationary, gift wrap, greeting cards and the largest selection of papers and magazines take up 1⁄3 of the shop. Chances are if it’s not in this shop then the paper/​magazine you’re after isn’t going to be in Seaton Delaval. Being so close to the school, it gets bombarded with kids stocking up on sweets. The card selection is limited and you won’t find bargains but it’s handy to have at your door step none the less. Friendly enough staff who sell the odd winning scratch card.
